OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Arcadia Velle. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Arcadia Velle. By visiting arcadiavelle.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our posted store policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable law.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each gemstone accurately. Natural gemstones may contain variations in color, clarity, cut, inclusions, and other characteristics. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Product details, including weight, dimensions, origin, treatment status, and laboratory documentation, apply only as stated in the individual product listing. A laboratory report is included only when the listing specifically says so.
Each gemstone or set is unique and available in limited quantity. We may correct errors, update descriptions, or discontinue products at any time.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless expressly stated. Payment must be authorized and completed before an order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, a pricing error, or incorrect product information. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally prepared within two business days. UPS shipping is charged at a flat rate of $14.95 and is added at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change of mind. Please review product photographs, measurements, descriptions, and order details carefully before purchasing. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at arcadiavelle@outlook.com with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Information on the site may occasionally contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order is submitted. If a material correction affects an accepted order, we will contact you when appropriate.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Arcadia Velle name, logo, website design, text, photographs, graphics, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Arcadia Velle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit site content without our written permission.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment processors, shipping carriers, and other service providers may process information needed to complete your order. Third-party services and websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except as required by law.
9. PROHIBITED USES
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, transmit malicious code, scrape or collect information without authorization, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcadia Velle and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arcadia Velle and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
